At Ethos, all products are made-to-order and customized specifically for you.

All Sales Final

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Production

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selection
  • Delays outside of our control

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue
  • We will remake or replace the item as needed

Shipping

Ethos is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.
